RainbowDance's Founder and Principal teacher, Brendon combines his love of ballroom with his training in commercial dance and has achieved considerable global success on both stage and screen as a Dancer and Choreographer.

Brendon's most recent television work was as the Choreographer for the Australian version of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’; having been asked to return in 2014 following his work with them on previous series in 2009 and 2010.
In 2010-2011 he appeared in two series of 'Dancing With The Stars', partnering with ‘Home and Away's' Esther Anderson in 2010; and 'Sunrise' co-host Samantha Armytage in 2011.

Brendon has also toured Asia including Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and Japan in the huge hit show ‘Burn the Floor’. Prior to this he had made his name in competitive dance in Australia as multi award winning champion & Australian representative to the world; England and Norway as Amateur 10 Dance Champion and an American national finalist.

2013 found Brendon participating in the creation and media launch of Baz Lurman’s ‘Strictly Ballroom The Musical’, which was released worldwide; including appearing on billboards in Times Square, New York.
In 2012 Brendon was the Feature Dancer for the hugely successful Australian National Tour of Todd McKenney’s ‘The Songs & Stories of Peter Allen’.
In 2005 he was a Feature Dancer for the UK National Tour of 'Simply Ballroom'; including appearances at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, in London's West End.
In 2002 Brendon was honoured to perform on Broadway in the stage show ‘Latin Fusion’ choreographed by Louis Van Amstel.

Alana was ten when first venturing into the world of Ballroom Dancing. Her competitive Ballroom career spanned Juvenile, Junior, Youth and Adult winning many finals and representing Australia on the world circuit. Her greatest achievements have been: Twice Australian Youth Latin Champion, Twice South Pacific Youth Latin Champion, Australian representative to the World Youth Latin Championships & Finalist All England Adult Championships to name a few.
She is also a graduate from the Australian Academy of Dramatic Arts.
For Alana, to teach it is to pass on the greatest joy and passion she has experienced in life so far.

Alana has travelled the world and featured in two world tours of the Ballroom phenomenon, Burn the Floor, including the U.S.A. Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore,
New Zealand and Australia.
She has also lived in Amsterdam for an eighteen month stint in Dirty
Dancing the musical at the iconic Beatrix theatre, Utrecht.

Alana appeared in Channel 7’s longest running reality/variety show Dancing With The Stars for a massive twelve years, teaching and performing with stars such as Molly Meldrum - music legend; Larry Emdur - Morning Show Co-host and many others. She was fortunate to win the coveted mirrorball trophy two years running with Rob Palmer - celebrity gardener and again with Manu Feildel - celebrity chef.
